Sir Henry Fletcher 3rd Bt MP [1658-1712)

Sir Henry Fletcher 3rd Bt MP

After Sir George's death in 1700, the Estate was inherited by his eldest son, Henry. He remained a bachelor, converted to Roman Catholicism and died at Douai in France in 1712. For a time the house was owned by a cousin, Thomas Fletcher of Moresby, and on his death it passed to Henry Vane Fletcher, the second son of Sir George Fletcher's daughter Catherine and Lyonel Vane.
